Call me crazy, but I think we are overreacting to the Marshall trade

brandon marshall didnt sell tickets so now the people who didnt buy tickets are complaining and saying they will stay away. thats funny.

Quite the stretch there. Who pays to go to games to watch individual WRs? People go to see wins. That's it. I understand we haven't seen a lot of those over the years, so it's easy to get confused, but that's all it takes. Good WRs help get wins. Now we have neither. Hooray!

I'm not happy with what we got for him, but we were 11-5 with Ginn & Penny & I don't believe when he was in Denver him & Cutlet made the playoffs. Not that I don't think a #1 WR is important I don't think it's the end of the world he defintley added drama to the team so that part won't be missed as well. Let's give Philbin & his staff a chance, I remeber last year being frustrated after the 1st day & woke up the next day to see we traded for Bush & that worked out.

agree 100%, if your not happy with Marshall and he doesnt fit the new system that philbin is bringing in then that's fine, but get value for him he is a top 5-7 WR, he is worth a lot more than two 3rd round picks!

Marshall will be replaced with 4 quality WRs who run great routes, are extremely quick, and all have great hands. This is the WCO. Als a new QB will be added with the cap space generated.

Only freed up 5 million with this trade. After adding these 4 quality WRs, how much is going to be left for this alleged QB?

Yes but Ross' number one priority is to put fans in the seats! You have a receiver who makes the pro bowl and has a MONSTER game! That right there gives fans something to be proud of. Then you trade that receiver away for nothing, and also at the same time miss out on every other good free agent receiver! I just feel like the Dolphins management is continuing to slap its loyal fans in the face! Sure Marshall had issues, but the Dolphins management aren't in a position where they can take chances. This is embarrassing! My best friend is a Patriots fan, I will never hear the end of this.
