I agree but fans have been ditching their tickets for years with losing season after losing season and all we get is chastised by out of town fans for not showing up on game day.... Can't win for losing...

revenue sharing cannot possibly make up for 100 percent of the loss if it was to happen. no way.

Revenue sharing does not make up for empty seats. Empty seats are empty seats, with no one buying shirts, drinks, food, parking and beer. It is a major loss of revenue and further, it totally makes the product look undesirable to potential spectators. It does not matter if Ross "still makes money", he needs to make what he expected to make when he put his financial plan in place. He has other options besides this investment.
