Good draft overall....but Stanton wont be there in the 3rd. Lost of "experts" think he will be a late 1st, early 2nd pick.

put Beekman in Marten's spot, Marten in Stanton's spot, and Stanton in Beekman's spot and it's realistic... though I hink Tim Shaw is atleast a 5th rounder;decent size, geat speed, can rush the passer, IMO he's btter than a 7th.

And I will never accept a mock draft with Ted Ginn Jr. going to us, otherwise it looks good.

I don't like either of those mocks very much. Seems like that'd be terrible value with our second round picks, and Stanton will not be there in the 3rd.

Maybe what you should never accept is the guy on your screen name pulling down $7.9 million for below average work, and that money not being put to good use in FA. Kris Dielman, Nate Clements, take yor pick.

Two BC lineman in a row, I wonder if that has ever happened from any schools? It looks to be wild waiting to see who drops to #9, and then what Randy an Co. decide to do.

We've been signing defensive players in FA. We have more needs on the offensive side of the ball. Also we have an offensive coach. Thats why I believe we wouldn't take defense 1st.

That's nice in theory, but the defensive talent should be much much better than the offensive talent at 9, aside from Levi brown(who may or may not be there at 9).

Right now it looks kinda like this after the top four if you take a draft board for the Phins.

1- Quinn
2- Adams
3- Branch

The problem is the first won't be there at 9 and neither will the second. The third is a question mark as to his availability. He could be gone at 6 but if he isn't he's ours because I don't feel Houston will go for him.

OH NO NOT DEFENSE EVEN THOUGH IT'S BETTER VALUE

Ginn would be a waste of a pick at the 9th spot. I'd only like Ginn in the 15-20 range.
Ginn has questionable hands and is raw as a WR. That means he doesn't run good routes. He would be mostly a special teams player for his 1st 2 yrs. The 9th overall pick needs to be someone who can contribute right away. I would take Landry even if Stallworth doesn't sign.
Landry is a special player and would immediately make our secondary better. He would also help our run defense.

Ted Ginn would add immediate impact on returns and trying to cover vs. his speed would make defensive coordinators cry! His hands are just fine and he could even serve as a DB in a crunch. Think Troy Brown except way better and with way more speed. Ted is the kind of player that can score any time he touches the ball and will open up the field for everyone else. His value would not only show on his stat sheet, but on everyone elses as well.

Amen! I'll toast to that!

Ted Ginn can be our Steve Smith. I cant wait. Hey Buffalo, who's filling in for Clements? Make sure he's someone fast enough to to look slow next to Ginn, because all the Jills you got playing CB now are standing still compared to Ginn.

Go Buckeyes!
Go Dolphins!
