As Calvin Johnson admitted to use marijuana, he could fall down a big jump..., eventhough I don't see the Dolphins drafting him...

he wont fall past #4 at most. he most likely will go 1 or 2 probably 2 with a trade up with TB and DEt. NOOOOOOOO WAAAAAAAAY he drops out of top ten.

The part about him possibly dropping out of the top 10 is nothing more than you making a broad speculation, though. Everything I have seen would suggest that it will have little, if any, impact on Calvin's draft position. It really isn't "breaking news" either, since it came out yesterday.

Like it or not, marijuana is illegal and with all this new "conduct regulation" from commissioner Roger Godell, teams won't wanna take the risk spending a top ten draft to seeing them later one year suspended...

This will not effect his status one bit....Admitting that you have used pot and admitting that you use pot are 2 different things.

Plus, he actually admitted it of his own free will. The ones who are usually "penalized" are the ones who try and hide it. See Claude Wroten last year. Johnson still goes in the top 4, guaranteed.

not once does this article state that he will drop out of the top ten, why are you stating that??

I see... so you made this up and thought it would be cool to lie in your title? there is NOTHING breaking about this two day old news and this thread title sucks.

Whoever said breaking news had to be real time? Are you saying that the Welker trade is not breaking news today?

ESPN said:
While some teams could see marijuana use as troubling, others might view the players' admissions of prior use as a sign of maturity, particularly since players are encouraged to be honest in the interviews. But the NFL's new player conduct policy, along with its hardline suspensions of the Cincinnati Bengals' Chris Henry for eight games and the Tennessee Titans' Adam "Pacman" Jones for an entire season, could cause teams to put even more emphasis on character, now that the league has made clear it will deal with off-the-field misbehavior harshly.

It depedns on the team that want to draft him...

when i clicked on this thread i knew i would regret it... now ive lost 3 perfectly good minutes of my life:tantrum:
