I love Calvin Johnson what would you give up to draft him ? Me i might give up next year's number one and this year's one and 60th and call it a steal

Thats probably the longest thread title I've ever seen.

We'd have to give up at least half our draft picks to move up to #1.

Not worth it IMO when we have so many holes.

Yeah, a steal for the other team. Dude I love Calvin Johnson, but come on. This draft is super deep at wide receiver.

we would have to give up too much. cuz we probably will have to move up to #1. if he doesnt go i then we HAVE to move up to at least #3. we would have to give up 1, 2,2 and next year picks probably to move up there. too much IMO.

I actually don't think that's #9, #60, and next year's 1st is enough to move into the 1st pick.

Plus it's ALOT to give up.

I love CJ as much as his mother! He's the only player that if they announce on draft day that he's coming to the phins I will be ecstatic and not even care what we gave up to make it happen. However, realistically from a value perspective I don't think it would make sense to give up what it would take to get to #1 for him.

Dwyane Jarrett, Ted Ginn Jr, Sidney Rice, Anthony Gonzales, Steve Smith, Robert Mecheam, Dwayne Bowe, Mike Walker [the steal of this year's draft]. Higgins, Paul Williams, etc. Pick one buddy, pick any.

The Raiders will take him number one overall, so unless we give up half our picks to move up to the first spot, we're not getting him.

I think that the raiders are going to take Russel the QB. If we didn't need a QB I think we could trade up to 3rd pick and get the wide reciever.

all i'm saying is it would be nice to get a 6'5 4.35 with outstanding hands for the next ten years then 6 or seven guys who more than likly we will not be on our team. this is a risk, but i'd rather have C.J (best WR in the NFL in my mind in three years) do you know who else did this the niners when they drafted Jerry Rice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if we throw in chambers maybe it wouldn't cost us so many picks

Gonzalez is a wasted pick. He looked a lot better because of Ginn. When Ginn went down against UF, Gonzo dissapeared.

BTW, I think Ginn, Walker, Jarret, Mecheam would all be great on the Fins.
