After watching this video I am sold on him as our next HC! It is definitely worth a look, he talks about LT, Rivers and Gates development as well as Michael Turners and many others, talks about gameplanning how playing conservative is not conducive to winning. Talks about putting his ego aside in order to do whats best for the team and making everyone realise it's a team sport. Talks about calling plays to players strengths...

Everyone should watch this interview!

Hey blue, I think we finally foud something you and I can agree on. I'm very impressed with Cameron and to believe he is our next coach. I also just saw Bob Costas interview LT on Sunday Night Football in America (or whatever that pregame show is called) and LaDanian made sure he got Cameron's name in. He said he's done a fabulous job of getting all of their play makers involved in the game.

My favorite part though is a part you pointed out Blue. The part where he mentions that you can't win by playing conservativley. We have seen conservative offense out of this team for the past 7 years and it's getting old. I hope we bring this guy and really open up our offense like the good ol' Marino days.

Cameron would be a great coach for the Fins and will finally get to see the Dolphins have an offense that can score more then 14 points a game.

i would be very happy if we got cameron and kept capers at dc

Did he mention anything about his 17-37 record as a head coach in college?

Well it seems like it doesn't matter how you did in college anyway. The NFL is a whole different ball game. Just look at Saban.

You mean the powerhouse Indiana every recruit is fying to get to?

The same Indiana that Bill Mallory, Cameron's predecessor, took to 6 bowl games during his tenure.

I don't think Cameron is anything other than a Norv Turner clone....a great offensive coordinator, but a lousy head coach.

Mularkey would also be a good OC if he had LT and Gates!!!

If wayne hired Cameron wouldn't that put Houck and Cameron back together and they know each other's schemes
