I wanted to post this thread last week, when this event occurred, but i forgot.

I'm not sure how many of you caught the Ravens-Cowboys game on NFL Network two weeks ago (on Saturday Night) but throughout the entire game the broadcasters would not stop fluffing Cam Cameron. It was Deion Sanders and Marshall Faulk, and they kept making Cam sound like the second coming of Bill Walsh or Knute Rockne. They called him an offensive genius several times throughout the night, credited him for a "great call" on pretty much every play that resulted in positive yardage for the Ravens. Baltimore ended up trying a fake FG which worked and Deion and Marshall were ready to put Cam in Canton.

Now there is no denying Cam Cameron is a terrific Offensive coordinator, not head coach, but coordinator. But i mean for announcers to sit there and be all over Cam Cameron ignoring his flat out disaster of a tenure as a head coach is just plain ignorant. I hope our defense really puts a beating on the Ravens on Sunday, so the genius is brought back down to earth for what he is......a fraud.

Here's what bugged me: after the Ravens beat Miami in October, the Ravens dumped Gatorade on Cameron, highlighting his "vindication". Puh-lease. He went 1-15 and got fired. How unfair of Parcells to can him after that DISASTER.

Yeah, poor mis-treated Cam Cameron got the short end of the stick in Miami being terminated for NO REASON except his minor hiccup with a 1-15 record

I am happy for Cam Cameron, it just seems that Deion Sanders rarely has anything positive to say about the Phins, just like ESPN's Trent Dilfer who has gone against the Phins the past 4-5 weeks and has been wrong every time.

Don't care about him....glad he isn't here anymore. And I could really care less about what Deion Sanders says about anything.

I liked Cam's offensive Coordinator ability . . . but he was 1-15 as a head coach, he lost the lockerroom . . . he looked clueless at times . . . it was too much for him . . . hell I said before he got fired I would have NO problem with him sticking around as the OC (even tho I knew he wouldn't . . . hell who would accept a demotion after one year on the job with the SAME TEAM . . it wasn't meant to be).

Very good OC? Yeah. One of the worst head coaches of all time? Hell yeah.
