Wow thus is unexpected but welcome news. Sounds like he'll retire a phin. Also sounds like they want to not only keep a valuable leader, but show the new guys that if you work hard and do things right they'll take care of you. Even after he turned 34 and tore his achilles! Good precedent to set with the new regime.
