If any wideout gets cut or traded, I think it will be camarillo. You can argue all you want about Camarillo being our most productive wr last year but I think that anyone could have been that productive on our team. I think camarillo is very expendable. Because his talent level I think has peaked. Also, he is comming off a severe injury and we have other wr's who are younger and with more upside.Ted Ginn is a lock, Bess is our slot, Hartline is showing us some promise and Turner is our big guy. We won't cut draft picks, That leaves us with London and Camarillo and I believe that London is too valuable on special teams..This is if we do not keep 6 wr's...again, my opinion.:foundout:

I would say it will be between Cam and London....I personally would dump London before Cam....first and foremeost Cam is a reciever....London has shown nothing outside of ST.

I disagree, unless somebody blows us away with a trade offer for Cam. He provides better special teams value than almost every other receiver on our team in addition to his proven WR skills. You win championships with players like Camarillo.

I disagree also. Camarillo as you said is coming back from an injury, so that is why he has been scarce this preseason so far. He is the type of player you want on the team and he will be kept before someone like London.

With the contract extension they gave him, I think the FO wants CAM around. He is a proven WR.

Now, I won't be shocked if they put him on PUP for the first six weeks to continue rehabbing from the knee injury. In fact, that clears a roster spot for awhile and then they can decide who to cut after seeing how everyone does.

There's not a better route-runner on the team and if the ball's near him, he's as dependable as anyone to pull it in. IMO, at this point, he's not expendable short of a trade for an Andre Johnson type WR.

I don't think it will be Cam either..Even though that contract was before he got injured he has came back so quick and is nearly 100 percent..I do think they would put him on PUP before he is traded..His work ethic is what this regime wants..

he was our leading receiver before going down. He reminds me a little bit of Wes Welker... not as good, but definitely has certain similarities.

Every slot receiver seems to remind people of Wes Welker....

The Dolphins signed Camarillo to a 3-year extension. You think he gets cut or traded or that anyone could have been that productive....
Why??? Because he has shown nothing during the preseason!!!

Camarillo is here to stay. He is QB friendly, and very reliable. I don't see why they would trade him unless we're getting Boldin or Plaxico..

What a few of you are forgetting is that Camarillo and Heartline both play the same role for this offense, and at WR you do not need 2 of the same type player unless both are studs.

If Camarillo plays well tonight then he imo is going to be put on the trading block. If he plays poorly then he will be destined for the PUP.

Of course I could be completely wrong and he will be our game 1 starter :)

Your smoking something if you think we will get anything the likes of an Andre Johnson type receiver. IMO I would try and showcase what he has and get what we can from him via trade. I wouldn't expect anything higher than a 4th rounder. Maybe 3rd if he produces again. But, contrary to what most people think, we have plenty of depth at WR, we just need that one guy who our QB can throw to even if the defense knows its coming. We are going to see if we have that in Ted Ginn this year. If not, they are just gonna keep flipping stones until we can get one. But I will personally be shocked if by the end of the year, we dont ship at least one of our current recievers for an upcoming draft pick.

This thread is worthless. Hold on let me start a thread, Sean smith will be cut becuz he was ill and didnt play the last game.. Are you serious dude? Wow
