Outstanding. He will thrive for Gase.
 
This could be really good; at least it doesn't create one more hole. I am very curious to see how Gase uses him. Also, I wonder how many years and how much cap space has been cleared.
 
Is it definitely as restructure or could it be an extension?
 
looks like the gun to the head strategy worked in this case. Will be interested to see the numbers, think Cameron is a good fit

I really like that they got this done. It was positive to see him stay healthy last year. I heard a report on radio yesterday that talks had broken down with Cameron. Very happy to see that was wrong. Hopefully he can return to pre-injury form, and develop a little more chemistry with Tannehill. Fixing the o-line where Cameron doesn't have to stay in and block so much will go a long way towards having him be a more effective weapon.
 
This sounds good. I can't wait to see what the numbers look like. He will do well in this new offense.
 
It appears Gase feels good about most of our offense or at least believes he can work with it. Fix the line and let's see what we can do. We have playmakers on offense, just need time to get it to them.

Quick update: #Dolphins TE Jordan Cameron's old cap number was $9.5 million before the restructure. He had a salary of $7.5 million.

I wouldnt count on a big windfall here, just a small one like Misi Im thinking.
 
I am starting to get on the Zeke Elliot at 8 bandwagon the more I think of it. Let Miller walk and draft Elliot. Fix the guard spots...at least one...and I think the offense would be really dynamic. I like they elected to keep Cameron.
