You must not be around much.
If you didn't play that may explain why you don't understand terminology for a certain route- which was what I was referring to.

I played plenty of football. I know plenty about route terminology and calls for a variety of defenses.

I also had the chance to play and learn from 3 nfl stars..Wanna try again?

i have had about enough of this from you...truth is i have played football and probably at a higher level than you i dont give a rip what you came up with terminology wise playing touch in your front yard and the next time you teach me something related to football will be a first...

The original comment was not directed at you. Nor was it saying, "if you didn't play you don't know anything"- You mis read that and then misread my next post thinking I was talking to you. I was speaking in general terms and used the word "you". I should have said "one" or "someone" or "he" or "a human being".

Hoops has an obsession with the term "swirl route" he cracks a bunch of jokes about it. I was saying, to him he may not understand that terminology if he never played football (I was just taking a friendly shot at him)- You got all upset

Also different people have different terminology for the same thing man. Not everyone uses the same all over.

Than maybe you should get off your thing about cracking on the term "swirl" bc it may be called something else by someone else.
Look, I am not going to get in to some pissing contest, about who knows what. I just don't get how you continue to be the self proclaimed know it all.
My comment was directed toward you, the bottom line is some terminology is different in different offenses. It could be the same exact play and I would call it jet 80, z9, x5, y drag. You may call it "spider Y banana or something"- Gruden would love the latter.
 
I have before the season starts with a new Draft class and off season pick ups. Then my eyes cancel that faith. Ryan must show up and silence doubters. This game is his opportunity.

Im with you. Every week I catch myself going all super homer full of hope, and have to check myself. In fact, I just had a convo with a coworker who is a cheese head talking about "Fins run offense, lazor, wake etc, Packers weak run D blah blah" Then I remembered were the Dolphins...

I'm not playing the "victim". You present your opinion as fact at every turn, you talk about how much you know all the time. You say things like "I'll school him, nobody can teach me anything"
There you go, use ur swirl route smack. Watch the games around the league you will see the route I have always called a swirl run in every game. I gave you an example of it from the Monday night game. What do you call that route, im curious? A pivot route? In and out? serious question bc I cant think of what the "normal" term for it is

Edit: I don't discredit you at every turn. I have a bunch of posts agreeing with you. I just make it known when I disagree with you, and you show ur arrogance all the time. I think I replied to one of ur posts today about Thrurs night home advantage with "I agree" and posted a stat from last yr about Turs nite games..
