Weather permitting, 21 practices (schedule is below) will be open to the public, providing Dolfans their first chance to see the team in nearly eight months, including the first peek at the 2009 rookie class.
There are plenty of storylines heading into camp and the pre-season. But if you had to pick one player, who’ll have more of your attention than anyone?

The quarterback position is always a good place to begin. Chad Henne is expected to be the future and should receive the majority of snaps in the pre-season. But Chad Pennington’s command of the offense and leadership will be hard to replace.

Here's a link of dates from sunsentinal. The players report for physical conditioning tests on Aug 1st. I love how Sparano keeps the players in check. There is also a cool Estefan and Dolphins video on the page. Ross made another outstanding busniess move with adding the Estefan's to the Dolphins organization.

The Furgerson comment about Aug 1st is great...

“The offseason is the same thing every year. You get scared. I’m scared of the weigh in and the run test," said Jason Ferguson, who is entering his 13th NFL training camp. "After that, everything’s good because it’s football. Once I get through with the run test and the weigh in, which is what all big guys are scared of, it’s all good. Then when you put the pads on, that’s when you know where we’re at. Who can play, and who can't."
