That's what I'm ****ing taking about!! Love this guys attitude. In the interview with finsiders he talks about being more competitive, how it all starts up front in the trenches...**** yea it does!!

And saying "we need to walk the fine line between legal and ...." He doesn't say illegal but we get the jist of it.

thats the only way we are going to be able to possibly have a shot at the playoffs this year. I want to see this team play hard and ****ing win some games. Not ready to call it quits already. We've seen some miraculous turn arounds from teams in seasons past to make the playoffs. Why not us this time?

im hoping to see Turner out there ASAP!!! Thomas needs to get pulled from the starting lineup. We can live with him as back up. But that's about it

I watched this presser live in the UK on NFL network and I loved his passion, his attitude and his thinking.. I liked the way he thanked Philbin but then basically run down his style by saying he needed to change the culture and attitude of the players and how they needed to compete not sleepwalk through it.. he wants the same intensity in training as on the field.. I think he will get it too.. players will play for a player I am sure.. he strikes me as liked and respected and I think he can get some traction going on this season..

Lets not overreact.

Anyone can make a speech, long over due for Dolfans temper our expectations, vast majority of the clowns responsible for this mess remain employed by Mr.Ross.

I know I'm being extremely optimistic by taking about playoffs. I want this team to get competitive again. Start winning some games and playing like the want to be out there. It's frustrating watching the games this season. Especially the last two

As do we all.

Dolphins will surely be better post Philbin, the walking and talk Tony Robbins self help wannabe could not coach his way out of a wet paper bag.

That said Reality is there are no short cuts in the NFL, as long as front office is clown college, Dolfans should expect more of the same.

if he does what he says he will do, then to me, if we play the same it is strictly a personnel thing. No coach can fix that, chopping heads and admitting the FO made mistakes would be the only conclusion

This is probably what it will come down to.

I don't think anyone in their right mind are thinking SB although there are some teams who have gone 8-8 and gone on to win.. however we are in a hole having lost 2 divisional games at 'home' .. however if we can just get this into a winning season we could still make the playoffs - possibly. but I will take a 9-7 or 10-6 record easy even with no playoffs - at least it shows a move in the right direction.. as Campbell said. if you are just doing your job you sit around 8-8, 9-7, 7-9 etc.. but if you are performing better and exceeding then you finish a winner.. this is a good mentality and one I think is (was) missing from the tenure of Philbin...

I think we'll see immediate improvement. There is NO WAY this team was practicing hard. Philbin was to soft. Just the attitude change is going to make us better. I can't wait to see how we play in Tennessee

If he fires Coyle today then I would have a different level of respect for him. He wants to unite the locker room behind him and get the loyalty of all the players. The easy thing to do for his own selfish reasons would be to keep Coyle, because he is not a defensive guy so he is treading in unknown waters right now. I say he cans him and promotes Duffner. Let's go Phins

The first room that Campbell needs to get into, hands on, is the offensive line room. None of us may be completely sold on PFF but having Thomas and Douglas ranked 78th and 79th out of 79 guards is one of two freaking miracles on this team (the other is one sack in four games). There are 64 starting guards in the league, and our two starters are literally ranked 78 and 79.

These guys do not take the fight to the opposition. They are passive, and soft. Get off the damn ball, be explosive, get your hands on the d tackle, fight, and move somebody. It's pathetic.

Come into the next game with Brenner at LG and McClendon at RG. Something. Fight fight fight.
