I was just thinking about the talent that Cam had in San Diego. Mainly his wide receivers. Our receivers, especially with Ginn now are head and shoulders above what the Chargers had. Obviously having the best runningback and tightend were a key component in their success. So basically what i'm asking is do you think with wide receivers in Cam's offense are less important or will this just make his system that much better. Imagine if he had our receiving core in San Diego.

I know. now you add a big, tough pass catching tight end for next season(2008) and you're talking about a very potent offense with a lot of talent. An offense that can consistantly put up 21-30 ppg.

Cam's offense is designed to play to the strengths of the offense, which right now I believe is Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams (If he's back) and Lorenzo Booker more so than the passing game.

That would be a nice change for once. We finally have a big play threat in Ginn and Booker. I love Ronnie but I think Booker could be that guy who can come in and take it to the house on any play. I'm happy we finally have that backup to develope into a good starter. He may turn into our Michael Turner, in a few years we may be able to get some good picks out of him. I know i'm getting a little ahead of myself but just to have that opportunity excites me. I also can't help but think of Tiki Barber everytime they talk about Lorenzo Booker. I'm not sure on the different styles but both have been knocked for not being an every down back.

I'm surprised we didn't pick a TE. Cameron must be enamored with David Martin and Justin Peelle.
