Can Dolphins stop Pat's dump and dink?

They will get easy looks over the middle. The coaching staff gets paid to solve these circumstances. If they can't find a solution, with either scheme or staff...then we lose. Winning teams adjust.
 
We need to get a consistent pass rush with our front four, WITHOUT needing to blitz.

That's exactly how the Giants beat Brady & the Patriots in TWO Super Bowls.

Whenever you blitz, you open up gaps in your defense, and the elite QBs (Brady, Manning, etc) can torch your defense.

I prefer the Giants strategy.
 
Bring the heat all day long. I wanna see Brady's face crying and bleeding.
 
Brady is good, blitz the heck out of brady because that's what you want is short passes, the longer brady has the ball in his hands it opens up more options down field, don't worry about yards in total, but yards per completion, and when he does gets sacked on on early downs the defense can keep on dialing up the pressure.
 
The key is Gronk, brady will be looking for him, I don't get it why the dolphins can't take him away, they know where he's going to be at on the field, but they allow Gronk to roam in the middle of field for these huge gains.

This is why I'm worried. This is a bad match up for us because what they do well, we don;t defend well. We need something great to happen for us but that's what we play the games!
