Other then that, I think they can. San Diego will be tough, but I think we will still have a winning record this year. I think we will split with New York and New England (we might even sweep NE). I also think we sweep Buffalo as well. It will be tough, but I think we will at least have a winning record.

Everyone keeps mentioning last year, but this year we have the hardest schedule in the league. Hopefully this team is in fact better than last year's and can beat real quality opponents, but I don't know...

Depends on what you mean by "recover."

1) Will they sneak into the playoffs? It could happen if they start winning, and I mean soon.

2) Will they successfully defend their division title? Possible, but highly unlikely.

3) Will they go anywhere in the playoffs in either case? No. They'll be lucky if they get past the first round, a la the Dolphins of 1995-2008 and counting.
