Can Foster be a better pass catcher than Forte?

Forte has probably been the best pass catching RB for quite some time. I imagine that Gase is going to utilize Foster as a pass catcher given a lot of the quotes post signing. Can Foster excel more in this type of role than Forte?

Well I have no doubt that if he were to be played as a situational substitution that Foster could be a good 3rd down back. But, I'm not sure he can stay healthy. And, I'm not sure Gase wants to do situational substitutions though. I am more inclined to expect Gase to give each back a series, or maybe 2 for Ajayi followed by 1 series for Foster, etc. Well, we'll see.
