Humble, respectful, excited but not so blind as to think the Fins can't win. Nice change of pace since the Bills and Jets fans. Don't get me wrong, come next Sunday I hate your guts... but for now you guys are ok.

Yeah, nobody is gloating and acting like an assclown so far. Unlike the sewer rats from last week...

Hahah listen man after a couple week of nothing but Jets fans I too find it very refreshing.

And if ANYONE has had reason to gloat or act like an *******, it'd be Saints fan.

Saints fans, how were the Jets fans to you guys before the big game between the Jets and Saints?

Extremely refreshing after the Jest fan invasion of last week. Hopefully today's loss will humble them/shut them up a bit.

Not gonna lie, the Saints look like they have a major advantage going into the game.

Anyway, yeah the Saints fans have been cool so far.

Yeah no kidding ALT, INDY, Chargers, Bills, and Jets had their way of saying dolphins are going to lose. Well three won but at least NO is showing some class. NO you guys are welcome to come in.

some of the jet fans that frequently visit our forum probably went over to their forum and posted that "they only allow 9ppg" stat 1000 times.

If you do an advanced post on this website, to the right you have all different fun smiley faces to choose from. If you check the jets site all of their smileys are holding signs saying things like "Miami Sucks" or some swear word. I think that really sums up the classiness of the Jets fans.

I'm glad Saints fans aren't jackasses.

I'm betting jet fans will start making fake dolphins user names in the NO forums and start instigating smack talk lol.

That team is on fire. With our secondary... Just a case of uh oh, word to Carl Lewis.

Hey guys, thanks!

We Saints fans have had to go through years... and years... and years and years and years of losing. As such, we've gained a lot of temperance and humility. We've stuck it out for our team and been there in the worst of days. Thankfully, we are seeing the best of days for our team right now.

You WILL have fans from our team come to your board and trash talk... please forgive them, they're just really, really excited about the only opportunity they have ever had in their lives to do so! Most of us though are level-headed and reasonable.

I do believe we have the better team and the better matchups. I would not be the only one worrying about the possibility of an upset though. Its easy for a team to get away with the emotion of winning so much, but as a Saints fan, I'm seeing more discipline in this team than I've ever seen in any team in my entire life. I have trouble believing they'd drop one due to emotion.

As far as the Jets fans, they were actually VERY cool on our forum. They're probably just a little on the wire right now due to losing so much lately... poor guys. We've had a few actually become honorary saints fans after we beat them, calling us their second favorite team. We have a lot of people doing that lately!

You are all free to come to our forum, saintsreport.com, where we have VERY good discussions. I'm sure both of our forums will be trading off fans for matchup discussions all week.

Be prepared!

Nice post. Forty years of futility will humble anyone. It's nice to see Saints fans finally getting a great team to root for. What a great crowd they've got at the Super Dome. I think a lot of us Dolfans like Drew Brees because we see shades of our own Dan Marino in his play.
