have a great year like he did when he was in Chicago as a possesion reciever!! He actually had 2 great seasons!! Can DCUlp make him what he is!! 80 balls 1100 yards?

If he can do it with Da Bears and we have DCUlp can he repeat that stardom??

i was thinking about this last night. he looks like hes got a jolt in his step, he looks faster then i've ever seen him. And truthfuily, chambers is a pro bowler now, he'll probably draw more attention, therefore booker will get even more passes thrown his way. Booker could end up with more yards then chambers come years end.
 
I think Booker will do very well with Culpepper throwing to him. He was the #1 guy in Chicago and put up some very good numbers. He isn't going to be asked to put up those same numbers, but I think he is a very good complement to Chambers and will have a good year. Give him a chance to see what he can do. :wink:

I don't believe there are enough ball to get Booker 80 receptions.

Chambers - 80 receptions
McMike - 60
Booker - 50
Brown - 50
Welker/Hagan/Vick?/Gibson?/etc - 50
Beasley/Barnes/Morris?/Minor?/etc - 35

325 completions for CPep . . . that would be a fantastic season . . . tho I'm pretty sure in this power offense by Murlarkey, he probably gets under 300. Also many people feel Chris will have over 90 catches this year, so iono, but Booker getting 80 is highly unlikely with all the many options to catch the ball on this team.
 
I think CPEP will throw alot!! if not They have to fire MM!! We have a QB not like the Jills with Lostman and HOlcucumber!! He have CPEP with CC catching!!
 
He won't get the #'s. Look at our recieving threats and then look up the Bears. He won't get the #'s, but I think he'll regain the dominance.

Based on my estimates, he would have been the 4th leading passer in completions with 325 only behind FAvre, Palmer and Brady based on last years totals. I mean, we are supposed to have a good running game this year . . . and we are supposed to lead in games . . . if this holds true (and we should all hope it does) . . .CPep will not get over 300 completions . . . which is not a bad thing.
 
I must admit when he first got here.. there wasnt much for him to be excited about... wanny at the helm... a running team... a losing record... gee whats to be excited about.,... if i remember correctly,,., i dont think many FAs wanted to come here..

Now look at things... new coach(s), new system, Top flight QB... if he doesnt put up good numbers.. than it will be because of him... Not because of the talent surrounding this team
 
He may not get 80 grabs, but I can see 65 catches for 800 yds an 7-8 TDs. Pep always likes to spread the ball around. For CC I see 100 catches, 1300 yds, and 11 TDs.

Wow . . . so u must be predicting 400 completions based on these numbers. Ronnie Brown could get 60 receptions out of the backfield . . . and McMike should be a beast this year, possibly 70 catches. possibly 300 receptions between 4 guys . . . I'm scared if this happens, that means we are behind in alot of games.

I would take those numbers right now, and skip to the playoffs because I know we will be there if he has that kind of season.
 
People critisize Booker for not having good numbers for being a number 2. The truth is, he is a #3 behind McMichael. I think 40 catches out of your 3rd option is a pretty good thing to have. Mix in 40 from Ronnie Brown and you have a very balanced passing attack.
