Can Miami avoid AFC East sweep by Bengals?

Over the last 4 wins the Bengals have went 3-0 against our division rivals.
In those 3 games they outscored their opponents 89-39.
They have only allowed 3 TD's in those game. But the 3 did come on the road at Buffalo.
So there is hope.

Miami is the last chance to keep Cincinnati from sweeping the AFC East.
Would be a big win.....
 
On defense, Dalton has gotten better, but the game is still keep the ball away from AJ Green.
On offense, without Gibson, we are better off staying in 2 wr sets and hoping Egnew or Sims step up. Cinci is ranked 11th in passing defense, but staying in base means they will have James Harrison and Rey Maualuga on the field and both can be exploited in the pass game

It looks like they just lost Taylor Mays for the season and he played a linebacker type role in the sure passing downs and Maualuga doesnt look like he will play this week.
 
I like our chances, we are a good team that needs to play error free ball to win.....with the Bengals coming off the blow out against the Jets and traveling on a short week, hopefully they are fulll of themselves thinking we willll be another push over and get caught....we need a win bad or I think we will start to implode....starting with the finger pointing and escalting from there.....we need our D to step up and keep them from scoring on long drives....get some 3 and outs and stops if we have a turnover......This game is our season IMO
 
to be fair the pt differential is all our fault, they played close games against NE and Buffalo.
 
I think Miami has a shot, but Cincy is tough and overall better then Miami this year.
Miami can win, but even if they lose, I don't see them imploding.

Now...if Miami loses the following week to Tampa, then that will be the last straw...everyone will freak out.

I think you guys can definitely win this week and I wouldn't be surprised if it happens.
 
We will win rather easily and wonder why we haven't been playing like that the last few weeks.
 
minus the saints game, the last 3 losses has bothered me. i still believe the phins can win the AFC east because NE is very weak despite the signing of spoagoa. philbin needs to be aggressive with the running game and have good clock management. thats how they won 2008. play conservative
 
i would say we can.

i mean look, i am not happy with this team at all now, after losing 4 straight, but aside from the saints game and pats game, we have been in every game until the final seconds, and even though the game was not winnable with 3 minutes to go in the pats game after the blocked fg, we still had a 17-3 lead.

bottom line, this team is deff capable of playing with any team.

now with that being said, it is going to be very tough, because the bengals have lots of weapons on offense, including the 2nd best wr in the nfl.

we also commit to many turnovers, and take too many sacks. we r going to need to play a near perfect game.

fortunately for us, dalton is more than capable of a stinker, so that can give us a chance.

I think Rey Maualuga is out for Thursday. According to a report posted by someone on here.
 
Tannehill has hit the dirt more than most if not all the QBs in the league this season and with the O line taking a further hammering from Martins departure with illness, I cant see Miami putting up much resistance to the onslaught; #17 will eat a LOT more grass tonight with at least 1 sack fumble recovery and 2 ints with at least 1 going for a TD... yes I am being very bleak - we are done. Bengals to score at the very least 34 points - we will be fortunate to put up somewhere between 13-20 points.
 
If we get blown out the way the Jets did, that would probably be the last straw. I don't know if we could beat Tampa Bay, much less anybody else.
