Can Miami Start 4-0?

if we can stop the bills rushing attack and keep manuel in the pocket we have a great chance. i dont expect moreno to run on the bills like he did that pats so tannehill is gonna have to carry us next week

it depends on weather Miami plats down to their opponents. Last year they won some big games against some tough teams and then just laid down against some crap teams!

We match up the worst with Buffalo. The other teams don't worry me as much, ok who am I kidding they all do! haha. Buffalo is a great defense, but hopefully an uptempo offense and quick throws will minimize their pass attack. We need to minimize mistakes, which I hope were just opening day nerves. Still can't believe we turned it over that many times and still won! We won't always be so fortunate!

Buffalo concerns me, they match up very well against us. If we can stop the run, we have a very good chance at beating them in their stadium. Our LBs will have to mature quickly and play their assignments (like last week). If we beat Buffao, we have a good chance to enter the bye week at 4-0. The Raiders and Chiefs don't match up like Buffalo, which plays to our favor.

Buffalo's defensive line has to be dealt with in the trenches.

Going to be a tough game, they look to be solid on defense, good run game, young burners on the outside, and the most important thing....they finally have a smart coach after years of idiots.

Well now I was quite concerned with our performance with all those turnovers in the first half.. Miami do not do well coming back from a deficit and I felt all the momentum was with NE.. I do not know what was said at half time but the Dolphins came out and dominated the third and fourth quarters. Pressure and sacks on Brady..turnovers... running the ball well with over 190 yards and a TD..a nice passing game with 2 TDs and outscoring the Patriots 23-0... is it too early to say Dolphins Football is back.. yes probably although I think Miami fans can beforgiven for being over jubilent for such a good win on opening day over the most successful team in our division and the AFC over the last decade....

Now with the next two weeks seeing us face off against the Bills and then the Chiefs before going into Wembley and the Raiders.. I think is is ok to feel very positive about our chances of going int the bye 4-0... I think the Bills will play us tough and I dont think the Raiders will be a push over but we just dominated the Patriots .. the Patriots...a team I have almost come to expect us to lose to with regularity or have us throw it away with daft mistakes or uncorrected mismatches etc..

I say.. based on today's game the future looks bright but I do have to remind myself it is just day 1 of a 16 game, 17 week season

I am predicting a 12-4 season

It's definitely going to be tough in Buffalo since they won in Chicago and this is their home opener. All that talk about EJ Manuel stinking is quiet since they're 1-0. The good news is Thad Lewis isn't on the team anymore so that might just be the only reason Miami needs to be able to win :chuckle:

I think Buffalo is our biggest obstacle to 4-0, They have dominated us at home recently. Tannehill has NOT played well in that Stadium and for us to win he will need to change that around.

Not real confident on this game. 184 total yards in 2012 and only 103 in 2013. Hopefully this new offensive scheme and better blocking opens it up for us and Tannehill has a an error free game.

If we do win and go to 2-0 I think 4-0 is a real possibility. KC and Charles aren't a big threat without a decent offensive line. They don't have one. We always seem to have the Raiders number recently. We usually pound them for 200 yards rushing. The opening game loss against the Jets makes me feel no different.

dont put the cart before the horse...one game at a time...we get an injury to a key player our fortune could easily change...bring that lunch pail every week...we are facing a serious interior dline sunday...not a wilfork off an achilles and nothing else pretty much...although the pats are ALWAYS well coached and prepared...so i'm not in any way taking away from what we accomplished in week 1

but let's go get some damn pay back sunday...

could be a big game for charles clay and the rbs in the passing game...the bills lbs wear targets in coverage...they dont have a jamie collins like athlete they can ask to try and cover clay all over the field on his own... run some wheel routes some clear out arrow routes with the rbs...

This week just got harder IMO for Phins.

Bills staying in Buffalo, Coming off a big road win against CHI, Kelly leading the team out after battling cancer.

Talk about the emotions in Buffalo this Sunday.

This is a bit similar to last year, big home win vs Pats, and on to Buff. IF players and did not learn from that, and put up the same piss poor performance, I will be shocked.

Yo I'm sorry but do you really think that Bills players are happy to learn that the team is staying in Buffalo?

I'm not even trying to be a jerk or jazz you or anything, but for years players have complained about having to go up to Buffalo and stayed away in free agency when they've had comparable offers elsewhere.

yeah...you guys are gonna be amped up for sure...i havent watched your game sunday yet but i will are you guys using read option and pistol with manuel or still trying to make him play a pocket qb...where he will fail???

serious question...and if you aren't using read op and pistol yet in the opener have you heard anything about packages for that you guys have worked on in camp etc???

cause that's where i think it needs to head for you guys and miami better be prepared for it...helps that they see read op in practice ever day from our team

We are 0-3 after beating Brady and facing a division opponent the next week. seems to be a trend.
