can somebody help me with my signature

I tried to upload a photo from my floppy disk and i saved it and tried to move on but a message poped up and said invalid file . does anybody know what to do about it ? I sure would apreciate some help . thank you.

First off, where are you trying to upload it to? Are you trying to use it as an avy or sig?

If so, I don't think that FH allows you to upload pics directly from your computer anymore. Try uploading them to photobucket.com and see if that works. It's free and easy to use. I use it for all of my stuff. :wink:

If that isn't the case, please explain where you were trying to upload the file to and we'll do our best to answer your question.

Yeah, use photobucket.com and then paste the url in the Edit Sig box in your User CP.

I was trying to import a image of kiick and csonka i had used as a signature on another site i thought it would work here as well but if it is against the tos i wont do it. but my computor is on the fritz and i am even having troble with my computor shuting down while scrollind down just when i am reading threads and post. if think i shouldnt up load this i wont do it. thanks for your help.

Without seeing the sig, I couldn't say if it was against TOS or not. If you still want to upload it then a host site like photobucket would work.

Sounds like you could use a good computer cleaning/virus/spyware scan.

Do you have any antivirus or spyware programs to clean your computer?

no i have no virus protection at least not yet. but i am looking into getting it but i am thinking about getting a newer computor too. hey like togod thank you for helping me out i may try photobucket out . i wish i understood more of these computor terms and actions to take but it isnt coming to me very easy . once again thank you for your help.

No problem, glad I could help.

But I really think that you should protect your computer with some type of antivirus program. Getting a new computer is a good idea, but you can protect the one you have now until you do replace it.

You could also try Microsoft.com to check for updates for your computer or free programs to help you. If you have Windows, always always always download and install your updates.
