Can the real fans please stand the hell up?!?

Sup guys...I hope this isn't a repeat/redundant post but I have sat in Section 128/129 for the past 7 years, and never have had so much trouble getting our fans to stand up and cheer. And I don't mean all game long either.

Some Dolphin fan actually told a fan sitting next to me to "sit down" when Brady was 3rd and 14?!?! To be honest, it's now bordering on embarassing. The other teams' fans consider us a joke.

I know this isn't directed to many of you who post and actively view the site, but my view is, if you don't want to stand and cheer on 3rd down and 8 when the other team has the ball, then buy a bottle of Chardonnay and stay the hell home! Am I wrong on this?

Oh, and the Patriot fan who hit me with that cookie....I'll find you yet....lol.

By the way, just read the "Gillette Stadium (I mean Dolphin Stadium)" thread...sorry for the repost.
 
I'll stand up. I'll be cheering the dolphins on at the game in Cleveland. I hope we can win, as it'll be my first NFL game. I'm pumped for the game laready, and it is only minday night.
 
I'm not sure how it works, but I believe those people have no right to tell people to sit down. You pay for the ticket, you can stand up and yell and cheer as you please. Seriosuly I hear this story a lot, I would love to have someone tell me to sit down or be quiet. It would just make me scream louder.

I hope they win for you (and for us), I'll never forget my first NFL game....back in 1989 @ freezing cold Foxboro when I got in the stadium for $5 lower level. But most Pats fans didnt realize they had a team yet anyway.

But of course they all claimed at the game "they have been fans since the beginning"

God, I need to learn how to type correctly, I can't even spell.
 
I was at the Bucs game...Im standing cheering on the OPENING KICKOFF and i feel some guy tap me on the back of the head. I expect to see some stupid Bucs fan but to my amazement some old Dolphin fan had the nerve to tell me to sit on the OPENING KICKOFF. Rediculous.

Needless to stay i stood up that game whenever i pleased.
 
From where i live i cant make it to too many games at all, but you better believe im always on my feet. If im watching it on tv or even listening to it on the radio, im always going crazy cheering!!!!!!:D

See this is why I post here, this and the other responses make me feel a little better.

Also, want to give props to the boys on the 127 side (of 128) who stood the WHOLE GAME. I swear I wanted to switch my seats and sit with those guys. One had written marker on the back of his shirt that said:

"NO, YOU STAND UP!!!"

I loved it!
