Is Saban working in Thomas to have him take Howards's spot on the depth chart or is he putting a fire under Howard?

I think its both. Howard needs to work a little harder and obviously perform alot better and fear of loosing his job might help him do both. If at practice this week howard doesn't show improvement and thomas looks good i can see the switch or atleast see thomas out there a little more.

Why was Thomas cut?? Was he beat, was he a cap casualty, or the result of a coaching change that made him someone else's guy?

that didn't work so well in the Fiedler/Feeley situation last year. we ended up getting shafted cuz they both suck.

hopefully Thomas does alright. don't know if i can stand Howard another week.

right about now i'd take the burger king man over howard.

LOL:rofl3: ... The Burger King man already has two TD's this season. One on defense and one on offense. I smell a Pro-Bowl appearence!

Get serious. Everyone knows the Burger King man is past his prime. He's a ball hawk, but he has definitely lost a step and often gets beat for the big play. :shakeno:

Now the Hamburgler fro McD's. He's a trash talker, but he can back it up. Rubble rubble rubble. :yell:

The Burger King man picked off Drew Bledsoe from the Bills last year :D
I think he would be good fit for miami

I think he just got too shuffled around and didnt fit Jacksonvilles bill. Hes a good CB, thats for sure.

I know nothing about this guy, but from a statistical standpoint, he's done nothing. He doesn't even have an interception in his six years in the league. Also, his weight bothers me. He seems a little heavy (220ish) for a CB. Will this slow him down? I can honestly say I've never seen him in action. Never even heard of him. Hope he does something.

Howard, on the other hand, looks very frail. I mean, his arms are noodles compared to an average-sized CB. I think this may be a problem when he tries to stall WRs at the line. I honestly do not know his problem. CBs are a little more difficult to judge because most of the action happens off-screen when watching a game. A little insight anyone?
