Our team is terrible!.... The Honeymoon is over for Saban. For me the Honeymoon is over for Culpepper. Im tired of hearing for good any player on our team is. We've lost to one of the worst teams on the league. We almost to the pathetic, head stoping Titans. Only the Raiders are worse than us. We've taken a huge step backward. Im really starting to think all our skill guys are overrated. All over the league ... the 1's... are making plays... Ours arent. Crumpler and Shockey will be consistent. Steve Smith is consistent. Tiki Barber is consistent. Not great for a few games.. but great most of the time and have a few bad games.

Feels like we've had giant smoke blown up our b*tts. Ive heqrd every argument for and against every player. These players have to step the hell up. Missed blocks, dropped balls, missed tackles, penalties, poor reads, bad throws, miscommunication....

Look at all the excuses. we've heard all of them over and over. To DEFEND all our 'great' players. I love my phins... But I just dont see the passion and fire, and certain the committment to excellence from our players the make us a playoff worthy team.
This isnt 1996.. this is 2006.. and our team is seriously lacking an identity... Its gotten so bad now... I think to myself... Is there anyone we can beat?

Hey, if we play the Titans 16 games per season maybe we'll go 8-8!

we can obviously beat the Titans since we did. And I know for a fact we can beat ourselves. Fans are proving that point.

Don't be silly, we are not even the worst team in S.FL. Have you seen the Canes play this year?? I am pretty sure we would beat them 3 out of 5 times. Then there are the high school and jr high kids. I'm sure we would be close to .500 against any of them.
Now if you're talking just NFL, well thats a different story. Of course we are the worst. We could easily go 1-15 with the titians looking back and saying "how in the world did we lose to those guys".

Funny that you bring this up because I just glanced at the schedule again and took a notice to the teams we play yet. Based on what we've seen thru 4 weeks, these to me look like very tough games:

Jacksonville, NE twice, Jets twice, @Buffalo, @Indy (although in week 17 who knows what their or our situation will be), KC, @Chicago

So from what we've seen so far from our Dolphins and what those teams have done, we could conceivably lose all of those games, though I doubt we will because at some point this year we HAVE to play better (I think....I hope  ).

Exactly.. If Volek was QBing the Titans i guarantee you we would've lost that game.

At this point I think the Titans will go 1-15 or 2-14.

How about the bucs? They have been plenty worse than we have. I am in orlando and the bucs are MUCH worse than we are right now.

one month ago we were going to the super bowl
what happened to that team?

Even though I am the biggest anti-fin-fan there is........I still think they would put a whipping on the Raiders. They are just God awful.

Here are a few teams as bad if not worse then we are:

Titans of course
Raiders
Browns
Forty whiners
Bucs
Lions
Texans (we are still the better team we just didn't play like it)

I will be shocked, depressed, and livid if we completely imploded and went 2-14 or 1-15. I honestly can't see it happening. Something like a 6-10 or 5-11 I could see happening. Of course I could not see 2004 either before it happened!

Wouldn't you just love to ask our players.. I would love to ask Chambers and McMichael in particular.. why they only show up occasionally for work.... They want to be considered great.. or is it we as fans do. i dont want to a great game.. or a great few games... i want to see an amazing season. every single game.. all season long... and then do it the next season. But i feel there is a sense that they just wont get it done...
The hope to be a great team... They dont believe they are a great team.

We beat the Titans, but I wouldn't count on us being able to do so again.

They benched Kerry Collins :(

Here's some news: the Fins haven't played like it for four weeks now (if you're counting at home, that's the entire season, and how teams are judged), and were beaten by the Texans. The Texans have proven to be the better team by winning.

Looking at the rest of the schedule, I only see two games that right now, I honestly believe the Dolphins would win: Green Bay and Detroit.
