Can we beat the Saints?

Do you believe the Dolphins can win? Do you feel they have no chance? List your reasons why.


Looking back at that Monday Night game against the Colts two things jump out at me.

1. Drew Brees could have a field day against Gibril Wilson. That particular matchup is really going to be key.

2. Long sustained drives will keep the Saints offense on the sideline. If we can do that I believe we can win.
 
I voted no because I couldn't vote yes, and there were no other options.

I think the Fins "can" beat the Saints....but a lot of factors have to go our way for that to happen.....as has been discussed in here ad infinitum.

I just couldn't pull myself to say they "will" beat the Saints.
 
Can they beat them....Yes, will they beat them, now that is the big question.

The Saint are probably the best undefeated team right now, and Miami is going to have to play a near perfect game on both sides of the ball, and Special teams not far behind in importance. No mistakes, or it will be over.
 
No!!! Reason: When we played the Colts P.Manning was on the field for less than 15 mins and we lost the game!! I just don't have any confidence in our 2ndary because they will always give up the "BIG PLAY" 3rd and 22 we will give up the big play!! But I hope I am wrong sunday

you could be wrong, im a saints fan, and i know for a fact we can beat the phins, now will we? I hope we can get up for this game. We are due for a let down, we play on ur turf. If ur team comes with the right plan, and attitude you can win. I think its very difficult to play every game with the intensity we have played the 1st 5, All teams have a bad outing, get out hustled, out coached, turnovers and special teams decide lots of games. I dont know for a fact that we are the better team, thats why the games are played. The Dolphins are a very good team. Theres no way for me, as a Saints fan to say we WILL win. I hope its a good injury free game Good Luck !
 
why is everyone so scared of the saints? did you guys miss the colts game? we domianted a colts team that in my opinion is much better then the saints. peyton manning is better then drew brees any day of the week. we were able to shut down wayne, so i think we should be able to shut down colston. the main problem we have is covering tighends, and i dont believe shockey is a big threat as clark was. that being said yes i no we lost to the colts, but if we didnt miss tackles that u r supposed to make if u r an nfl player, we win that game. i think this game will be challenging but all these threads i read, i would think that we are playing the 1985 bears, or 2000 baltimore ravens. this team is good but by no means a dominating team that really instills fear in me. i say we run the ball down there throats and brees wont be able to do any big time damage to us becuase he wont be on the field long enough. and the last thing is brees isnt as effective outside of a dome, if u look at his career numbers.dont be afraid of the saints, there a solid team, but not by any means of imagination a great team that we cant handle.
 
Dolphins seem to play their best when no one expects a win out of them and playoff like atmosphere. Man this game is going to be a great game. Well you know how it is to be the best you have to beat the best and Saints are certainly up there if not the best.

In case any of you didnt watch last weeks game, Brees is going to turn us sideways and rape our secondary.

We haven't seen the 5 wide set yet this year, but remember last year against NE and KC? Yeah if Sanchez is going 1 TD/0 int and over 200 yards passing, imagine Brees.

Or better yet just look at the Colts game.
 
An honest question, why are the saints the best undefeated team? What have they done or who have they beaten to prove this?
 
If the defense shows up to play, and gets a few stops, WE WILL WIN THE GAME. we will not completley shut down BREES, but we don't need to. we will control the clock with the wildcat/run game and keep BREES off the field. if the defense can play halfway decent, then DOWN GO THE SAINTS.:hi5:

if we keep BREES off the field, he can't rape our secondary. we will control the clock and win the game.
 
The Saints are the best team in the NFL(besides us). They have been breaking score boards left and right, and our secodary is a liability. Then again, if we can play the way we did against the Colts, I doubt its possible to lose that game twice.
 
Theyve been breaking score boards against horrible teams. And don't even get me started on the giants whos 4 out of 5 wins were against the worst 4 teams in the nfl. Saints haven't played a good team yet this season.
 
dunno if anyone mentioned this but can we and will we are two entirely different questions. why is it my job to point things like this out? someone should fire me. go ahead, make my day.
