Can We Clinch Play-Off Spot Next Week?

With that HUGE win today, am I right in thinking that if we beat the Bills next Sunday and the Ravens lose to the Lions tomorrow and the Pats on Sunday, we clinch the 6th seed? San Diego can only match our record and we would own the head to head record over them. :)
