Wrong. Balt. And cincy play each other in final week. Balt. Loss gives us wild card, cincy loss gives Balt. The division and we win head to head tie break with cincy for 6 seed

Not true at all. If pitt wins tonight, miami officially controls their own destiny. The reason is because cinn. And bal. Play eachother in 2 weeks. If Cincinnati loses that game as well as losing tonight vs pitt, they finish 10-6 and we own the tiebreaker vs them. If balt. Loses that game they finish 9-7. Pretty self explanatory. With the steelers up 24 nothing atm, there is a very good chance that all we need to do is beat the bills and jets and we are guaranteed playoffs

We will control our own destiny if the Bengals lose tonight because the Ravens and Bengals will be only separated by one game assuming the Ravens win tomorrow and they play each other week 17. We get in either way as the Ravens win the tie breaker with the Bengals. We beat both the Bengals and the Chargers. Doesn't matter who wins the Ravens and Bengals week 17 game. If Ravens lose tomorrow, we also control our own destiny.

Actually seeing how the steelers game is going now. Holding up that the steelers win this game, and if the Ravens lose tomorrow night. The dolphins can clinch with a win against the Bills and a loss from the Ravens next week or a loss from the Bengals against the Vikings who have been a scrappy team lately. If fins win next week and steelers win tonight and ravens lose tomorrow night and fins win next week, and RAvens do beat pats, But bengals lose against the vikings. the dolphins will clinch the last spot too. The reason is because the worstr fins could be is 9-7 from there and it would be an 8-7 ravens vs a 9-6 bengals team. the Bengals win that last game they go 10-6 but ravens would go 8-8. the Ravens win that game, they go 9-7, and bengals go 9-7. Ravens would win division andfins would get last spot as they would knock out the bengals with tiebreaker.

Yes if ravens lost tomorrow night, Fins have an extra clinch option if fins win next week. As a Ravens loss or a Bengals loss would clinch it for miami. So instead of just a ravens loss next week being the option, fins don't have to have ravens lose if ravens lose against lions and bengals lose tonight and then next week.

Actually the phins control their destiny if the bengals lose because they play the ravens last game, somebody has to lose that one
means we tie the bengals and go or the ravens lose and are behind them,

no we control right after this game tonight, bengals and ravens play last game either bengals lose 6 or ravens lose 7, either way phins are in, just win two

Yeah we are in control if bengals lose tonight, But forget the necessity of winning the last two. I'd prefer it not being do or die by week 17. If ravens lost tomorrow night, as the bengals look to lost tonight. and if this happens and miami beats bills next week. The fins will have the chance to clinch then from a loss from the bengals or ravens, and not just need a loss from ravens, but a loss from bengals can clinch it for miam next week. So fins can control their destiny with winning last two here but it would be nice, with fins not having to and winning next week and it locked up from the examples stated.

Of if things hold up like they seem or hopefully do and the bengals lose tonight and the bengals lose next week, and the fins win against the bills. the fins will clinch and not need ravens to win as bengals and ravens will play the last week. So either the bengals lose, which dolphins would get in from knocking the bengals out from tie breaker, or bengals win and dolphins still get in.
nvm, that's if chargers win their last games which is very plausible though. Ok if ravens lose tomorrow night though, then another bengals loss would clinch it for miami if miami wins next week.
