I know he was released. But at the beginning of training camp he was projected to be a possible starter. Is there any way he can play for the Phins this year? I really liked Poole and felt his injuries held him back. I'd take Poole back in a second...

Any thoughts?

he was released?? news to me

he was cut so he could be picked up later on when healthy instead of IR where he couldnt play all year.

maybe but I doubt it. Honestly if he factors in it will be down at the end of the year where we will know what is going on with our secondary already.

???
i dont get it.....he is IR ins´it

stress fracture? whats the difference bewtween stress fracture and fracture?

chambers suffered a stress fracture on his leg senior year i believe in college

He was cut and cleared waivers after which his rights reverted to the Dolphins and we had the option to either reach an injury setelment or place him on IR. We couldnt reach a setelment so we put him on IR, he cant play for us this year but he could be in the mix by next TC.

He will be back next TC if he is healthy . . . Saban will give a DB plenty of chances to prove he is capable.

That was a mistake by the Dolphins. A stress fracture doesn't take long to heal it just needs rest. He could have been back in 4-6 weeks.

Saban also indicated earlier that tho he has been injured . . . he seemed to be very behind for someone who had been there and supposedly studied the defensive schemes . . . so even when he was healthy, Saban said he was behind the guys who are here now . . . I guess he figured it was just better than to outright release him and give him a chance next TC.
