I was there today, and from what I saw tannehill had no shot ; the line was continually being overmatched by the #1 pass rush in the NFL; Sherman's un imaginative downright buffoonish play calling continually put tannehill in terrible position, the wind in that stadium was ridiculous at several points throughout the game making many throws he needed to make damn near impossible and the times he did make the throw in spite of the conditions the receivers failed to make the catch.
Face it, this was the worst possible matchup we could have; a team whose strength is pass rush and running the ball in a windy rainy game. We stood no chance today, and I could feel it in the air, and u could tell the players did to.
Despite all this we still have an opportunity to bounce back and make the playoffs Tannehill and his Dolphins can show resilience by coming back and defeating the hated Jets, these are the circumstances that birth champions. Pressure busts pipes or makes diamonds. Today's result may make some of you think we're looking at a busted pipe. But I'm expecting to see a diamond form Sunday and I'm excited.
