The Skins GM should take whatever package Grier shot to him. They still get Young at 5.
That's assuming Herbert is viewed as a top 5 pick on most boards. If teams watched the tape then he shouldn't be.

Thats all the draft is about is opinion but nobody has Young rated as the fifth best prospect or going fifth

No...but they have him going to the Redskins and as long as they stay within the top 5, he'll still be a Redskin, plus the added draft pick or two.

It is doubtful that the other teams would pass on Young though, Young is the highest graded player on the board to most scouts and wanna be scouts
Unless there are four qbs going in the top five picks no team is going to pass on young for a non qb
