anyway, I'm listening to ESPN radio with Stephen A Smith and Brandon Tierney talking JETS, talking football in general
Conversation as it went down:
BT:Whos gonna win the East, The bills? terrible, Jets? done the Dolphins? awful
SAS: I dont think you can say awful with the Dolphins, I would hold off on that
BT: Really? Really? ok ok maybe they got a shot
SAS: look at the division man, teams are hurting, The Dolphins could make some noise

my reason for posting this is simple. All you so called anaylsts, take your bandwagon jumpin a$$es out of here. We had zero respect in the beginning, oh it will be another 4-12 season for those terrible Dolphins, dont give us respect now. I like it better when were picked against and told we suck. I know it gives the players an edge, attitude wise, but I also have a chip on my shoulder being a die-hard. Give us the repsect we are due at the end of the season, not now.

:rofl3: , while I understand what you are talking about and I feel pretty much the same way, doesnt everybody think that its funny last year we were all complaining about them talking about how bad the fins were.

Now this year we are complaining about them saying that we have a chance to win.

Sorry just think its ironic and funny.:rofl3:

haha? Dolphins. awful. i hate analysts. they base everything off last season even though we literally have a new team. we were riddled with injuries last season. This season we not only have a different coaching staff, we have a different team for the most part.

I think the problem is that analysts only point out what they see. Honestly in March April even in to part of May I was concerned for my fins too. Seems like some critical injury in training camp just destroys our season every year.

Then I heard Ricky was coming back for sure and Did some research on brown and saw how good he really is.

Boston is healthy, then in the preseason I saw glimpses of good things from the O-line and I started thinking wow, this could be a good year.

Then once I saw the opening drive against the bucs, you know the only drive in the pre-season we actually game planned... It looked great, very similar to the denver and carolina offensive outings.

I (while being a homer every season and thinking my fins can win it all) began to realize hey, this isn't a fluke, these guys are for real and Saban is a motivational god who has everyone fired up.

We have to earn respect, no 4-12 team gets respect, but we have started to earn it.
