It's nice owning a house but all the stuff assc/ with owning one is :dizzy:

I need a lot of work on the "guts" of the house but I require financing to do it......otherwise it would take 5+ yrs before I get it all done.....I just finally found the financing to get new hot water tank, furnace (switch oil to nat. gas), and all my windows......I still need modern insulation and central air.....new doors and appliances......I need to win the lottery
