I like the hire, Cam is certainly not afraid to surround himself with highly qualified coaches which shows confidence on his part and a likely willingness to delegate responsibilities to his assistants. The more I hear the more confident I am that this team is finally turning that corner towards once again becoming the team to beat in the AFC east!
