In reading this article it makes it even more important that we have a very good outing this week. With Capers now aboard and what appears to be a good bit of his influence still inplace in Houston we better do well.

"The system and some personnel may be different, but the Texans are still a team mostly built by Capers."

I don't know if this is a good thing or not depending on how they feel we will prepare for this game. It's obvious they are struggling and with this potential inside info it will make us look even more inept if we don't win this by more than a FG. Thoughts...

Partially true but it works both ways. The Texans should be more aware of our defensive tendencies.

I agree but it was pretty well stated that our new coaches would work within the existing systems.

My point exactly, does this help or hurt our effort?
Its acuatlly both it helps us because of Dom Capers and it helps the Texans because they also Know what Capers is capable of doing.

In cases such as this, I doubt that anyone has the upper hand. Wouldn't you, as the Texans, know that Dom Capers knows the old system and try to use that against him. For example, you would show him something he would recognize and them once the ball is snapped, do something different. I mean its not like there is a mole in the Texans' staff that is secretly emailing Saban the plays for the first series. Intelligence information is no good if the enemy knows you have it.

They have Richard Smith and Sage Rosenfels. They will know our entire offensive and defensive playbooks.
