I agree. He has def earned his stay, SO FAR.

I like the 1-2 combo of Hickey and Tannenbaum. Leave FA to Tannenbaum and the draft to Hickey.

Tannenbaum needs to sick back, spectate and let Hickey continue to impress. I just hope Ross doesn't cut Hickey short and let Tb take over next year just because they appear to be so close.

This might just be a great structure we have here. TB running FA and other areas while Hickey has the final say over the draft. So far they both have done an excellent job.
