That picture sums it up perfectly, Chad has brought a steadiness to the most important position in an Offense. Since day 1 their has been no doubt that he was and is now the official General of this Offense. The day he stepped into our locker room, the rest of the offense finally got a real chance to develop, The Line is able to block, RB's are able to Run, Receivers/TE's are finally able to develop and run real routes. Chad is imo the reason why everything finally came together.
He is the reason why we even had the chance to implement the Wildcat offense. Everyone had developed to the point that they are able to run plays beyond the typical vanilla offenses that we have been so used to.
