what is your opinion on him, i think if we could add him our oline would be set for years, around what pick will he go, have we shown intrest in him?

That would be freakin' awesome! I remember watching a couple of Neb. games and thinking that the LT looked real good. I never thought he'd still be around. If we get him and put him at guard, or RT and put Carey at guard...psssh! Our line would have the potential to be EXTREMLEY dominant for many years to come......ah man! I haven't thought of him today, I forgot. If we get him with the 4th....:D Oh man!!!! :up::beer1:
 
Every time I say we should take Godfrey or NIcks with #64 everyone bad mouths me . Ive been saying I want Nicks for 2 months now. I wanted him at #32 and Im gladwe didnt take him there but Nicks has experience at 4 positions and could start at LT if we needed him too if Long got hurt or doesnt perform well there. Anthony Collins was projected a 2nd rounder and is still ava too. He was the LT for Kansas. If we dont go Godfrey we go Nicks . Nicks is awesome and would make the line unstoppable and we wouldnt have to worry about Ronnie gettin hurt anymore and the QB would have time to throw

I've heard this guy has some huge, huge character issues and might not even get drafted until late in the draft or not at all. Nebraska wouldn't even let him participate in their Pro Day for scouts.
 
Pat Kirwan has said that Nicks apparently got "aggressive" with several coaches when he was being interviewed in multiple incidents. Aggressive on the field is one thing. Aggressive when you're at a job interview is another.

Dang those NY Jets, they area tricky group this year with trying to create a 2 year window of success before massive failure.
 
Think we may be able to sit on him for a round... OR, would like to trade down 10 spots and pick up a 5th for someone drooling over Early or Connor tonight.
