Sure, our playoff shot has been muted and we'll have to wait untill next year, but next year Ronnie Brown can't win the most outstanding rookie award, like he can this year, now that Carnell has put even MORE space between their Yards Per Carry disparity. He's also lowering his Yards Per Catch average as well with 2 catches for 1 yard.

If Ron can just pull out another good game tomorrow, stay around his averages, and those who make the final call do so based on the numbers and with consideration regarding games played in and blocking assistance, he will have to be the obvious choice.

Ron's YPC (catch AND carry) blow Caddy away and this poor showing in New England makes him look even better.

Godwilling

NO! The PATS are giving Ronnie an opportunity to win it!

who cares about a stupid award. i wanted to get into the playoffs.

What about all the defensive guys? Sure their competing for Defensive ROY, but aren't they also qualified to win the ROY awards? Ware, Merrimen, and the LB's for Seattle and Cincy should all be in the hunt so it's not just a 2 pony race.

There is NO CHANCE on wheels that Ronnie Brown wins rookie of the Year. Either Lofa Tatupu of Seattle or Odell Thurman will win it.

Id just be happy if Ronnie got 10 carries in tomorrows game...maybe 15. Thats probably asking WAY to much though.

1 for offense and 1 for defense, and its still not a 2 pony race.

Carnell, Ronnie, Heath Evans, Kyle Orton. They've all got legitimate shots at it.

I really want Ronnie to break 1000 yards. If he doesnt even break 1000, he probably wont get ROY.
