Carpenter had ice water running thru his veins

Yep, 4/4 on FGs tonight! Feely was good, but we might have found a good one in Dan too.

He's certainly making the Dolphins look smart here, another "we'll see" move for the regular season. It actually seems that by kicking it so deep on kickoffs unlike Feely, the Dolphin defense by holding Jax was able to get the ball to Miami in good field position and help the offense get points. I wish they could have settled for less FG's but that's ok.

Carpenter did look good, nice height and splitsville.

But I'll miss Feely's mouth. You can't have too many talkers, as far as I'm concerned. I have no idea why fans take the brass side on that issue. I want leaks and lips.

I liked his performance. But he hasn't had to perform in the clutch yet, which will be important.

hey i wont cut my hair until he misses a FG.
overall, i thought it was a bad move. he missed what? 6 pats in college? but right now, hes our boy, and hes perfect, knock on wood, and so im rooting for him, and theres no reason he cant end up the greatest kicker in the history of the nfl. rookies are great like that.

Carpenter had a great night. 4 for 4 and solid on kickoffs.

I think every kicker gets to be the greatest kicker in NFL history for at least one season.

Gotta love our Griz boys eh?

Actually I'm a Bobcat! But you gotta love it when a guy from a Montana school makes the bigs! I was loving Joey Thomas's interception as well (bobcat). he's got a shot to make the team.
But I think Lex is in trouble... what you think?
