I've been studying a lot of tapes on Quartebacks in the upcoming draft and Wentz has the most talent, his pocket presence, ball placement, quick release and leadership skills are superb. I would like the Dolphins to draft him and have him sit for a year or two but I'm pretty sure he will be a first round pick his upside is too great but we need to find a way to get him even if we have to trade somebody, rumor is the Jets and the Cowboys like him a lot.

Yes he will probably go in first round so don't see us drafting him.....

Sadly NFL scouts are talking about him a lot and his name is getting a lot of buzz, I was hoping nobody would know about him and he would slip to the later rounds.

No way we draft a QB in the first round.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoaSdXzGmXE Great Scouting video here but they should of mentioned his quick release and ball placement more.

I've watched him play a lot, even in high school. Obviously a very talented QB. Plus he's a really good kid, good family, team orientated, not arrogant, 6'6", can run, can make all the throws, and led his team to a national title with game winning drive. Not the first time he's done that either. I'd absolutely love to see him as a Dolphin. I was hoping the injury he's had would move him down the draft board, but I think the secret is out. If NDSU wins Friday night and advances to the national championship game again (would be fifth in a row) and they win it, and he plays well... then everyone will know about him. That being said, I can't root for NDSU to lose. Go Bison!

How else are we going to get a Franchise QB if we don't draft one. Drafting a QB is definitely a possibility when the new regime comes in who knows what they will be thinking

No thanks. If you thought Tannenhill had bad pocket presence. Wentz is gonna have terrible presence in the NFL

Yea I was hoping the injury would drop his draft stock too but insiders are saying by the time the senior bowl and combine come around he will be a first round pick.

Yeah, I thought that the injury would have bumped him down to a spot where we could get him, but it doesn't look like it. I'd consider him in the 2nd if he was still there.

Head over to the Draft Forum guys. Season's over, let's plan the rebuild that won't happen!

no question i take him in the second. but.... we know its not going to happen

Even though I do like Tannehill he is not the answer he's damaged goods right now. I really do believe philbin and Lazor ruined his development we need to draft a QB.

Smh his pocket presence is a million times better then Tannehill's was in college.

I'm not talking about college. His pocket presence is outstanding for the FCS level. When he has trouble diagnosing defenses, please take a look at his presence. He turns to a frozen statue.

Do you not think thats going to happen in the NFL?

No quarterback that has problems reading defenses at his level goes past the fifth round. Reading defenses is one his strengths along with pocket presence.
