CB Dennard released by pats

Isn't he a bit of a head case? I vaguely remember him slipping to the 7th round of the draft because of some serious character issues and the Pats aren't exactly stacked at CB this year. I think I'd pass on this one.

Think we are okay at CB. Focus should be looking for guards and linebackers at this point. Maybe even a free safety depending on where Delmas is in his recovery (and maybe even despite Delmas' recovery given his unfortunate inability to stay healthy). It's really too bad because he's a solid starter.

Pass, but it would benefit us to keep an eye out for any vets who can play boundary CB (non-headcase) that may get released in the coming weeks.

yeah i agree definitely pay attention to boundary options...miamis got plenty of slot options

The Patriots are much thinner at corner than Miami is right now. If they cut Dennard there must be some serious off the field issues that Miami might not want to deal with.
