I didn't like David, still don't. Zimpher was and is the voice of the Dolphins in my book.

I think cefalo is terrible as a play by play. I miss mandich i thought he was great. Cefalo is so monotone every play sounds like its a 2 yard dive until he says that the play went for 60 yards.

That is his only phrase whenever there is a catch no matter if it's 1 yard or 99 yards.

I dont know why people didnt like Howard David, I actually really liked his play by play. Cefalo and Rose just flat out suck, not easy to listen to at all.

Bring back Howard and Mandich PLEASE!!!

Rick Weaver was THE guy. He came in the same year as Shula and retired in 1993. That's when Zimpfer stepped in. I remember listening to Weaver as a young kid every week when the games were still on 610. He was our best IMO, followed by Zimpfer.

I'm with Muck, Rick Weaver was my favorite.

I miss Zimph, though Boog would have been such a better choice then Cefalo, he is flat out horrible. Joe Rose is different, he has a real passion for the Dolphins, but you can't replace a legend like Mandich and have it easy.
