An interesting happening, take it for what it's worth......
There's a couple that my wife and I are good friends with in Georgia.
Anyway, he wanted to fly up to where we live in Ohio. There was a car he wanted to buy in Chicora, PA.....a yellow '67 Dodge Dart Super Sport convertible. I agreed to help him in this venture, which took the better part of a day. It was a considerable adventure!
They live in Rome, Georgia, where Ronnie Brown was born, and not too far from Cartersville where Ronnie played high school ball. My buddy asked if there was anything he could do for me in return for putting him up and getting him to Chicora. I told him if he could get me anything Ronnie Brown related from down in Goergia, I'd appreciate it.
Well, in yesterday's mail I received an orange replica Ronnie Brown jersey form them as thanks. Like Earl Hickey says, "Do good things, and good things happen".
