Why is ESPN putting Celebs on during the game? Does anyone else think it sucks? I just want to watch the game not listen to the lamer celebs talk about football and there soon to be movies. Does ESPN not make enough money?
 
They have been doing it for years, it is probably one of the oldest MNF traditions.

For games like last night, it was a good thing although Slater sounded like a jack ***.

I did find out he was a Jet fan though which is good! :)

They do it all the time.
HEck, Fox used the WS as a staging platform for it's crappy shows.

This was the first NFL game Christian Slater has ever been to? WEIRD. :eek:
 
I like this crew, Joe T can drive me crazy but Tirico and Kornheiser are great IMO. I wish people would give the crew a few games before they start storming with pitchforks and torches, I mean enough already. If you really hate the guys turn on the radio and listen to taht with the TV.
 
ROFL, i thought christian slater was doing a better job calling the game than those other two knuckle-heads cornheiser and theisman... aside from the shout-out, but i can't say that's any worse than cornheiser constantly talking about his fantasy football stats.
 
I thought slater was high on something! But I don't mind the crew there not bad! What really matters is how exciting the game is and Oakland is just one of those teams you don't mix with the word exciting!
 
ESPN = Sportscenter, Thursday College Football. Everything else they put ot is pretty much crap.
