Celtics get: Ray Allen
Sonics get: #5, Wally, & Delonte West

ESPN News.. it's not agreed upon yet, but it's "close"
 
It would be nice for the Celtics to get another shooter. The Sonics would be really young! Wonder who they would take at 5? Yi or Horford???
 
Seems fair. Pierce will get the co-star he's been whining about. I've always liked Allen, and he's a proven scoring threat, so it should work out.

Boston will select Jeff Green for Seattle at #5.

WTF is exactly it. Sonics are building the next dynasty. #2 and #5 and both will hit their prime at the same exact time.
 
Nice job by seattle. I guess they will use Green as SF and Durant at PF? Of Green at SG, Shard at SF Durant at PF? Well regardless upgrades the talent level for sure.

Boston gets better too imo. Rondo/Allen/Pierce/????/Jefferson
 
Why wouldn't you take a big?

I don't understand it.. Jeff Green isn't a PF, but if they're gonna go small, oh well. Are they going to try Durant or Green at SG now that Ray Allen is gone?

I'd take Yi.

I agree! Take a big like Horford or Yi! Green and Durant are both SF's IMO
 
Yeah, I like this for Boston although I think Yi would've been a nice fit.

That trio of Allen/Pierce/Jefferson will be vastly underrated, IMO.

Boston was able to acquire an All-Star without parting with Al Jefferson. W.
