Which is why you have to take a hard look at drafting OL in order to keep your cap under control IMO. If your draft picks work out on the OL and they come to the end of their rookie contracts, then you have to make the tough money decision.
I think this year's FA established a guideline for what good players on the OL are worth. Give or take, an G is at $5M, RT at $6M, LT at 8M, and I would put a C in at $6M. Tere are exceptions for VG- great players but this is the norm for now.
