Wilson is from Miami, where he was a high school All-American.
“It was good, I had a private meeting with the offensive line coach and went over some board work for the Dolphins, Wilson said. “Playing for the hometown team would definitely be a great thing
Wilson was an all-conference second-team selection and named the Golden Knights’ Outstanding Offensive Lineman.
Wilson was All-Conference USA second-team as a sophomore.
He was a four-year starter. Wilson bench pressed 225 pounds 29 times at his Pro Day workout. His max bench press is 510 pounds.
Wilson was recruited by Stanford, Louisville, Alabama, LSU, Tennessee, Michigan and South Florida.
“I’m someone who will go out there and give everything I got every play,” Wilson said. “I’m going to prepare and work hard and become a starter one day.
“I’m a quiet leader who leads by example. That’s something my parents taught me. I don’t have to do a whole lot of talking. I’m a man of action, not words.”

Having watched all his games as a Knight, I can say that he really regressed his senior year, to the point where I'm surprised he's even being considered as a prospect. After anchoring that line his junior year during the Knights' Fiesta Bowl run, he came into his senior year overweight and slow.

I like him already without watching any tape at all

lol... i liked his words there. i love the leaders that are quieter, but definitely lead by hard work and what they do on the field practice and games. every team needs those types of players as well.

but now gotta see who he is!!!

Dude's a freaking turnstile. He was supposed to be a veteran and a leader on UCF's inexperienced offensive line in 2014 and was one of its worst players. Always seen as a guy with potential but never lived up to expectations. Was often outplayed by just about every other starter on the line. Bad player.
