CFFC 5 will it be broadcast?

Does anyone know if DirecTV will broadcast this on PPV? I have checked the DirecTV site it does not have it as future event or is it too early?
 
I'm assuming you're only interested in seeing Kimbo get his *** kicked by Ray Mercer...If thats the case it will be on youtube the next day...I don't think its going to be televised, so if you want to see the whole event you'll probably have to wait for the DVD...
