Chad Henne looks more comfortable and confident...

Good to see. Maybe it was a good thing that the fans booed him. Maybe it clicked something in his head to say i'll show them.

He looked pretty good in the scrimmage today too which is encouraging, but they better find somebody to protect his right side because columbo is getting roasted like crazy!!! I still don't understand why we signed him anyways I would of kept carey at RT and signed a guard like carl nicks or something.

OT Marc Colombo and coach Tony Sparano go back a long ways, but it's possible Sparano is romanticizing about the type of player the former Dallas Cowboy use to be. Colombo's performance has been somewhat erratic in his first week at right tackle. He's struggling to block Cameron Wake, who happens to be a Pro Bowler. But on Sunday Kendall Langford also had his way with the 11-year veteran, whose signing got Vernon Carey moved to right guard.

This is not the only report I have been reading all week that he has looked bad, I guess Jason Taylor smoked em a couple days ago and either omar kelly or bcarter said if it was a live game henne would had his head knocked off!

the only way the phins get better this year is henne gets better, if not then we start all over again

From what I've been hearing, Lydon Murtha has been very solid at LT... with Long working injury rehab. I wouldn't be surprised if when Jake gets back, Murtha gets time at RT... especially if Columbo has been struggling in pass protection as much as the reports say.

IMO the booing had nothing to do with Henne looking good, he was booed in the 2 practice with most of his weapons not on the field. I think he is looking better because he busted his hump over the summer and he's a competitor and he truly believes this is his team......each practice he is getting more comfortable with the new offense and his new teamates.......go get em chad......we need you to play good mistake free football, if you do this will be a fun season for the fans.....

you want your QB to deal with this stuff and then play and get better and better, he has a ton of talent and a great arm, he is tough as hell, think of the beating he got last year with his knee and ankle and he played,

If the fans booing him and chanting for another QB in a preseason practice in his home stadium is what finally caused the light to turn on for him, then so be it.
